At innocent, our mission is to make fruit and vegetables accessible to everyone. Since our beginnings in 1999 — selling a few smoothies at a music festival — we’ve come a long way. Today, we’re one of the leading companies in our category across Europe, with nearly 1,000 employees and the B-Corp certification under our belt.

It’s a great achievement but we’re not planning to stop there. We strongly believe it’s possible to grow a successful business while taking care of people and the planet. That’s why we’re constantly striving to improve, to innovate, and to do better.

And that’s exactly where this role comes in.

Now, to help support our growth in the South of Europe, we are looking for a talented Logistic & Customer supply intern. Someone nice, ultra-motivated, and as well skilled to join our Supply Chain team in Milan or Madrid. You will be a Supply Hero within a great international team (probably the best of the world).

You'll be

  • supporting the day-to-day customer supply operations across Italy, Iberia and Benelux;
  • building strong relationships with customers and helping them succeed alongside innocent;
  • ensuring sales orders are correctly received, checked and processed in our systems;
  • managing manual orders and helping keep our order flow running smoothly;
  • handling customer queries, disputes and credit note requests;
  • working closely with our third-party logistics providers to ensure excellent service levels;
  • analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work;
  • supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

You'll also

  • work closely with Customer Supply, Logistics, Sales and Finance teams across Europe;
  • collaborate with external logistics partners, particularly in Italy and Spain;
  • help monitor service levels and spot potential issues before they become problems;
  • support reporting and performance analysis to help drive smarter decisions.

You'll have

  • some experience or a strong interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or Operations;
  • fluency in English and Italian (Spanish would be a bonus);
  • strong organisational skills and great attention to detail;
  • confidence working with numbers and analysing data;
  • advanced Excel skills or a genuine enthusiasm for becoming an Excel expert;
  • some exposure to ERP systems (or a curiosity to learn quickly);
  • the ability to work independently while staying connected with the wider team;
  • lots of energy, enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset;
  • the confidence to share ideas and challenge the status quo when you see a better way of doing things;
  • a good sense of humour (the worse the jokes, the better).

You'll get

  • hands-on experience in an international FMCG business;
  • exposure to customer supply, logistics and supply chain operations across multiple markets;
  • the opportunity to work with customers, logistics providers and cross-functional teams from day one;
  • real responsibility and ownership in a fast-paced environment;
  • the chance to contribute to continuous improvement projects that make a genuine impact;
  • unlimited opportunities to learn, develop and grow your supply chain expertise;
  • plenty of innocent smoothies and juices along the way.

That’s why we do everything we can to ensure everyone feels fulfilled and has the opportunity to shape a career that suits them. There are plenty of chances to explore new paths or take on fresh challenges. And yes, the smoothies are free.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
