Background to the role

We’re on a mission to help our Supply team keep growing, learning and performing at their best. As our Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner, you’ll help shape how learning shows up across the business – not as a tick-box exercise, but as something that genuinely drives performance. You’ll work closely with managers and our People & Culture team to build a strong learning culture and make sure our people have what they need to thrive, now and in the future.

You’ll be

  • Partnering with managers and People & Culture to understand business needs and turn them into smart learning solutions
  • Designing and delivering a clear L&D strategy aligned to our goals and values
  • Using learning as a tool to improve performance, not just as an end goal
  • Creating the conditions for teams and individuals to learn while they work
  • Challenging stakeholders with thoughtful questions and a big-picture mindset
  • Managing our learning systems (like our Learning Management System – LMS) and tools
  • Measuring the impact of learning and continuously improving what we do
  • Helping build a culture where learning and growth happen every day

You’ll have

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO/University level) in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or a related field.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into impactful learning solutions.
  • A strong understanding of how business goals translate into capability and learning needs.
  • Great project management skills, juggling multiple priorities with ease
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence different stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset and a natural curiosity about how things can be better
  • An interest in using technology and AI (artificial intelligence) to improve learning

You’ll get

  • The chance to shape how learning works across our Supply organisation
  • To work closely with managers, People Partners and senior stakeholders
  • Real ownership to build and improve learning experiences that matter
  • The opportunity to experiment with new tools, tech and ideas
  • To see the direct impact of your work on people’s growth and business performance
  • To be part of a team that cares about doing things properly (and differently)
