Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
Keeping a business moving takes more than great ideas. It takes someone behind the scenes making sure the right people are in the right place, with the right information, at the right time.We're looking for a brilliant Personal Assistant (PA) to support three of our UK-based Directors: our Go-To-Market Director, Marketing & Innovation Director and People & Culture Director. You'll be the person helping bring a bit of calm to busy diaries, keeping priorities moving and making sure important things don't fall through the cracks.
This role sits right at the heart of innocent. You'll work across different teams, build relationships with people throughout the business and help make sure our leaders can focus on the things that matter most.
You'll be
- Keeping three busy and fast-moving diaries running smoothly
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow-up actions so nothing gets lost along the way
- Organising travel, logistics and schedules across different locations and time zones
- Keeping projects, priorities and key actions moving forward
- Supporting team events, visitors and the occasional unexpected request
- Spotting ways to make processes simpler, smoother and more effective
- Building great relationships with people across the business and beyond
- Being a dependable point of contact who helps things happen
You'll have
- Strong experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent calendar and schedule management skills
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities and changing plans
- Great judgement, attention to detail and discretion
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive approach, with a habit of solving problems before they become problems
