Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the environment too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

As a Community Manager, you’ll help bring the brand to life in a very real way. You’ll build relationships, respond to questions, and turn everyday interactions into something memorable.

You’ll be

  • Managing conversations with drinkers across social media, email, phone and post
  • Replying in the innocent tone of voice, with care and attention to detail
  • Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and accuracy
  • Spotting trends, conversations and opportunities to engage our community
  • Supporting content ideas and bringing them to life with the social team
  • Sharing insights from drinkers to help shape campaigns and new products
  • Creating surprise and delight moments that go a bit further than expected
  • Working closely with marketing, technical and other teams to get the right answers

You’ll have

  • A strong understanding of social media, digital platforms and how people use them
  • Confidence in writing clearly, with great spelling and grammar
  • Good judgement when it comes to tone, knowing when to be light, serious or both
  • Curiosity about people, culture and what’s happening in the world
  • The ability to use data and feedback to spot patterns and draw useful insights
  • A proactive mindset, with the drive to find solutions and make things happen

  • A fluent level of English, as you’ll be working in an international team

You’ll get

  • To be the voice of innocent for our drinkers and see the direct impact of your work
  • To work closely with brand, marketing, technical and international teams
  • To develop your writing, communication and community building skills every day
  • To turn ideas into real experiences that people talk about and remember
  • To play a part in shaping how innocent shows up for people across different markets
