At innocent, our mission is to make fruit and vegetables accessible to everyone. Since our beginnings in 1999 — selling a few smoothies at a music festival — we’ve come a long way. Today, we’re one of the leading companies in our category across Europe, with nearly 1,000 employees and the B-Corp certification under our belt.

It’s a great achievement but we’re not planning to stop there. We strongly believe it’s possible to grow a successful business while taking care of people and the planet. That’s why we’re constantly striving to improve, to innovate, and to do better.

And that’s exactly where this role comes in.

To continue this exciting growth, we’re looking for a creative, hands-on, and motivated Brand Manager Intern to join our team in Italy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas to life, and grow into an independent and results-driven marketer — all while working with a fun, supportive bunch of people.

You’ll be

As a Brand Manager Intern, you'll help drive brand visibility, engagement, and commercial performance. You’ll be expected to manage your time and productivity effectively, while contributing creatively and strategically to the team. Specifically, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for all brand-related inquiries. Whether it’s answering questions, solving problems, or adding a touch of humour — you’ll represent our voice across online and offline platforms.
  • Create original content from scratch for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), staying true to our tone of voice while developing bold, innovative ideas to grow our community.
  • Bring new creative ideas to the table, from campaigns to activations — we're looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and never afraid to think differently.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns (ADV) and influencer partnerships, with an eye for performance and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives in retail environments, boosting product visibility at the point of sale. You’ll manage relationships with suppliers and help assess performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams, including communications, category management, trade marketing, and sales, to deliver cohesive and effective brand actions.

You’ll have

  • A creative mind with the ability to develop engaging assets and content from the ground up.
  • Someone excited to learn and grow into an independent and confident marketer.
  • Previous experience or academic background in marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and social media scheduling/analytics tools. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Solid project management skills: organized, proactive, and capable of juggling deadlines.
  • Numerically minded: you’re comfortable interpreting data, evaluating results, and proposing data-driven ideas.
  • Friendly, collaborative, and full of positive energy — you love working with others.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a bonus). And yes, you do know how to use the subjunctive correctly.
