Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. Our Customer Service Expert for DACH (m/f/d) is the friendly, reliable face of our operations for key customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll ensure brilliant experience for all our customers, keep orders running smoothly, and work with the rest of supply chain to fix things quickly for our customers when they don’t go to plan. 

Working closely with our DACH Customer Service Lead, you’ll also turn strategy into action, translating the regional standards set into account-level routines and strong customer relationships. 

What you'll be doing

  • Bring our DACH Customer Experience strategy to life through clear daily, weekly and monthly routines  
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and lead regular service conversations  
  • Partner with our Commercial, Finance and other supply chain teams to solve customer issues and disputes 
  • Ensure orders meet customer expectations and deliveries land as planned  
  • Support stock prioritisation decisions in line with agreed guardrails  
  • Share insights with forecasting teams to improve planning  
  • Collaborate on key customer events to protect service and support commercial goals  

you’ll have 

  • Experience in supply chain and/ or customer facing roles 
  • Strong understanding of the customer landscape across the DACH  region 
  • Fluency in English and German  
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes  
  • Strong communication skills and business partnering experience
