Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

This role sits within our Enterprise Change team, which exists to make sure the whole business is pulling in the same direction, at the right pace, for the right reasons. As Transformation Planning Manager, you will help shape how innocent plans, prioritises and delivers change. You will connect strategy to reality by turning long-range thinking into clear, joined-up plans that guide what we do each year. Your work will sit at the heart of decision making, helping leaders understand what matters most and how we get there, while keeping our purpose front and centre.

You’ll be
  • Supporting joined-up annual business plans and long-range plans across the business
  • Helping to embed the one innocent change plan, linking strategy, delivery and benefits
  • Play a part in shaping the long-term transformation roadmap towards our 2030 Fruiture ambitions
  • Working closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans
  • Connecting projects to our scorecard and making sure effort drives real impact
  • Coordinating capital investment planning with finance and functional leaders
  • Building consensus across marketing, supply chain, technology and people teams
  • Bringing structure, curiosity and clarity to complex and evolving challenges
You’ll have
  • Strong experience planning and delivering complex change across a business
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • A natural ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping progress moving
  • A sharp eye for both detail and the bigger picture
  • A collaborative mindset that builds trust, accountability and momentum
You’ll get
  • A front-row seat to innocent’s long-term strategy and how it comes to life
  • Close partnership with leaders across strategy, finance, supply chain, marketing and technology
  • The chance to shape how innocent plans and delivers change, not just follow a template
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide decision making and investment choices
  • The opportunity to build capability models and future-facing roadmaps
  • A tangible role in helping deliver a billion more portions of fruit and veg, which is pretty motivating when you think about it

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
