Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

Our Logistics team keeps everything moving smoothly from a to b, and this role sits at the heart of that journey.You’ll be the person bringing together local logistics partners, Customer Service teams and regional stakeholders to make sure deliveries land on time and stock stays exactly where it should be. As our routes grow and customer expectations rise, we need someone who can keep a close eye on daily operations while helping us shape smarter, more efficient ways of working. It’s an important role that helps us deliver a consistently brilliant experience every day, in every market.

 

You’ll be

  • Owning day to day relationships with last mile logistics partners and managing service performance.
  • Governing delivery operations and supporting Customer Service with issues that need attention.
  • Listening to local needs to make sure logistics plans match customer expectations.
  • Managing the connection between 4FLOW and last mile carriers.
  • Working closely with Planning on peak readiness, stock builds and launches.
  • Supporting stock control, track and trace activities and clear communication into Customer Service.
  • Leading operational network transitions, from planning to rampdown and rampup.
  • Driving continuous improvement with third party logistics partners.

 

You’ll have

  • Strong understanding of the full supply chain, from planning through to delivery.
  • Experience working with logistics partners and holding stakeholders to account.
  • Ability to make sound decisions using trends and data.
  • Confidence in both big picture thinking and day to day problem solving.
  • Skill in influencing a wide range of partners.
  • A customer focused mindset that guides every logistics choice.
  • If you have experience with chilled goods or understanding of fourth party service providers (4PL)- that’d be great too. But don’t let it stop you applying if you don’t.
  • German & English Fluency.
