As our first Data Analyst on site, you’ll help us move from scattered spreadsheets to clear, reliable insights that guide how we plan, improve and run the place every day. You’ll work across teams, build the foundations for data‑driven decision making, and help shape how our factory grows into a smarter, more autonomous operation.

 

you’ll be

  • Pulling and structuring data from production, quality, planning and maintenance systems
  • Building clear dashboards, key performance indicator (KPI) overviews and trend reports
  • Turning results into practical advice for the leadership team and operations
  • Spotting deviations, opportunities and improvement ideas in the numbers
  • Helping colleagues use new dashboards and tools in their daily routines
  • Working with automation and engineering teams to improve data flows
  • Developing new data products that support a more autonomous factory
  • Growing your role toward process optimisation and continuous improvement

you’ll have

  • Experience in data analysis within a technical or manufacturing environment, or strong motivation to learn it
  • Skills with tools like Power BI (Business Intelligence), SQL (Structured Query Language), Python or similar
  • The ability to turn complex data into simple, clear insights
  • A curious, proactive mindset that questions, explores and challenges
  • Interest in manufacturing processes and operational performance
  • Confidence working with different teams and adapting your message to each audience
