Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We’re looking for a friendly, thoughtful and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to guide the local execution of brand and campaign activity across the UK. In this role, you’ll turn insights into meaningful action, bring campaigns and innovation to life in the market, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support brand growth and performance.

This is a hands‑on and collaborative role, perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen, delivering great work, and connecting brand activity with real business impact.

    You’ll have

    • Experience leading UK brand and campaign execution, ideally within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food & drink.
    • Confidence in using consumer insight and performance data to shape campaigns and support commercial results.
    • Ease working across digital, social and integrated marketing channels.
    • Strong collaboration skills and a natural enjoyment of working with different teams.
    • An organised, proactive and delivery‑focused approach, with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans when needed.

    You’ll be

    • Leading the UK execution of brand and campaign plans that align with business and brand priorities.
    • Translating consumer and category insights into engaging UK campaigns that build brand meaning and encourage growth.
    • Partnering with creative, media and external agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate with consumers.
    • Owning full 360° campaign delivery across paid, owned and earned channels.
    • Leading UK New Product Development (NPD) and renovation launches alongside Research & Development (R&D), category and sales teams.
    • Tracking and optimising campaign performance, linking activity to volume, value and Net Revenue (NR) outcomes.
    • Managing brand investment budgets and Direct Marketing Expenses (DMEs) with care and financial discipline.
    • Working closely with sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and finance to ensure brand plans support commercial goals.

    You’ll get

    • The chance to shape campaigns that truly reach people, helping bring a much‑loved brand to life in ways consumers feel every day.
    • A role where your ideas are genuinely valued, and where you’ll see your work out in the world, not just on a slide.
    • The opportunity to work closely with creative and media partners who love what they do, making the journey from idea to execution inspiring and collaborative.
    • A blend of autonomy and support, giving you room to lead while being surrounded by people who want you to succeed.
    • A culture where learning and curiosity are encouraged — whether you’re exploring new channels, testing fresh ideas or digging into insights.
    • The ability to influence brand growth in a very real way, with clear connection to commercial results and business priorities.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
