Since we first started back in 1999, we’ve been on a mission to make it easier to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg. Nowadays we’re one of Europe’s favourite drinks companies, and we’ve got big ambitions to get a billion more portions of the stuff into people by 2030.

Our dreams might have gotten bigger, and so have our ambitions. We're proud to be a B Corp, proving that delivering strong results and balancing profit with purpose can go hand in hand. That means looking out for our communities, people, and the planet, as well as the bottom line.

It all began with three uni friends, a couple of bins and a small West London music festival. Our founders Rich, Adam and Jon crushed £500 worth of fruit into bottles, and set up a stall with a sign above it that said ‘should we give up our jobs to make these smoothies?’ They asked people to throw their empties in a bin marked ‘yes’ or a bin marked ‘no’. ‘Yes’ won, and innocent was born.

Since then we’ve added juices, kids drinks and sparkling blends to our line-up, and we’re always looking for new, tasty ways to help people live well. There's almost a thousand of us all over Europe, doing our bit to keep things heading in the right direction.

Sounds like your cup of tea (or bottle of smoothie)?

Take a look through our vacancies, then start sprucing up that CV. We're rooting for you.

Everyone who works at innocent has something unique to bring to the table. We want our business to be a place where great ideas turn into measurable impact, where all voices are heard, and everyone has the chance to succeed — all guided by our values.

We know we’re not perfect and we don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re serious about making progress and committed to learning along the way. That means listening to our people through feedback tools, surveys, and everyday conversations, and turning what we hear into action.

We want our hiring process to give everyone a fair chance. We’re flexible about in-person or virtual interviews, and all our hiring managers are trained in how to run an inclusive recruitment process. And that’s just the start. We’re determined to keep improving so everyone feels welcome here, no matter who they are or where they come from.

our values

We came up with our values to remind ourselves how to do business in the right way. We use them in weekly catch ups, end-of-year reviews, big meetings, small meetings and chats around the coffee machine. They’re even hung in every toilet. Have a read and if you like them, maybe you can hang them in your own loo too.

so, you want to work for us?

Good choice. We quite like it here too. That's probably because we do business in the right way, can work flexibly and get to come to an office with grass on the floor.

Whatever your reasons, we can promise you a warm welcome, a chance to build your career and the opportunity to put fruit puns into presentations. There’s plenty of other stuff you’ll get too, and we’re not just talking about bottomless smoothies. Have a read through the whole lot here, and check out our country pages for more information on local benefits.

pay & rewards

All our roles are paid a competitive salary, and we keep it that way by regularly reviewing them against the local market. On top of that, everyone gets a solid holiday allowance and most roles include a bonus scheme – so when we do well, you share in the good news.

keeping the balance

We take a ‘more in than out’ approach to our office-based roles. That means three days a week in the office, with the option to work abroad for up to four weeks a year (with your manager’s thumbs up). It’s not possible in every job – like in factory or office support roles – but it’s a great way to get a change of scenery when it is. And once you’ve been with us for two years you’ll be eligible for a sabbatical, to spend time at home or tick some items off your bucket list (as long as it’s a good moment to spare you).

Everyone’s mental health needs some extra TLC now and then. We offer one-to-one support sessions in most of our locations, along with a bunch of inclusive policies to make sure everyone’s treated fairly.

growth & development

Getting a job here is the first step. After that, our training programmes, mentoring schemes and stretch opportunities help you keep the momentum. And because there’s more to life than the day job, every year a few of our most passionate people are granted the innocent scholarship. That means they’re given free money to spend on any project outside work (as long as it’s legal).

In spite of all the good stuff on offer, we know our people won’t be at innocent forever. When the time comes there are plenty of new pastures to explore with other members of the Coca-Cola group, like Costa, some of Coca-Cola’s bottling partners, and like the Coca-Cola Company themselves.

and the rest

We’re serious about doing good work and we’re serious about enjoying it, too. Socials, surprise treats and free breakfast in most of our offices are some of the ways we go about brightening your days. And speaking of days, everyone who works here gets one a year to volunteer anywhere they choose – and hopefully brighten even more peoples’ days.

We’ve got a growing number of employee-led groups bringing people from different offices together through shared interests and backgrounds. There’s always more to do, but they’re one way we make everyone who joins us feel welcome, supported and on top of their game.

These are the benefits you’ll find across innocent, wherever you join us. On top of that each of our offices also has its own set of perks: from healthcare packages to parental leave, gym discounts to lunch clubs - designed to suit the people in that part of the world.
