Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. Our European Communications & Digital Lead is responsible for shaping how our brand shows up across Europe. You’ll lead the development and delivery of our communications and digital strategy, ensuring campaigns land brilliantly across markets, platforms and channels.
Working at the heart of the European brand team, you’ll oversee major multi-market campaigns, drive social and digital excellence, and partner closely with regional teams to bring our brand to life in locally relevant ways.
what you’ll do
- Lead the development and delivery of our European brand communications and campaign strategy.
- Oversee large-scale multi-market campaigns, ensuring strong creative execution and impact across platforms that resonate natively and locally.
- Drive excellence across our digital and social channels, with a strong understanding of how different platforms play distinct roles.
- Work closely with our European Media Lead to shape and optimise paid media strategy and campaign performance.
- Partner with local markets, understanding and delivering against consumer needs,, sharing best practice and insights across regions.
- Bring measurement and performance of comms to the forefront, proving the value of our investments.
- Lead and develop a team delivering brand communications and digital activity across Europe.
- Bring structure, clarity and collaboration across markets and functions.
you’ll have
- Experience developing brand campaigns in FMCG or other consumer product-led brands.
- Led communications strategy across multiple markets, not just local execution.
- Strong knowledge of social-first marketing, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong team leadership and the ability to build strong relationships across markets.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and solving complex challenges.
- Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to making great work happen.
