Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
chez innocent drinks
- Vienna, Autriche
- Full Time
- Publiée today
Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
what you'll be doing
We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to help us grow our Away From Home business across Austria and Switzerland.
This is a role for someone who loves building business. We already have a presence within Austria, but there’s plenty more opportunity out there – and even more in Switzerland, where our Away From Home journey is only just beginning.
A big part of this role will be new business development: understanding where the opportunities are, getting in front of the right customers and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
Additionally, you will be:
- Building and managing a strong new business pipeline – from identifying prospects and making first contact through to pitching, negotiating and launching.
- Developing relationships with key customers and partners and becoming someone they trust to build their business with.
- Leading customer negotiations and annual commercial conversations.
- Growing our existing business in Austria while helping to build our Away From Home presence in Switzerland from the ground up.
- Using customer, market and commercial data to understand performance, spot opportunities and make smart decisions about where we focus.
- Working closely with our Marketing, Finance and Logistics teams to make sure great commercial ideas turn into great execution.
- Spending time in market with customers and prospects across both countries – we'd expect travel to make up around 30% of the role.
you'll have
- Experience in Key Account Management, within FMCG in the Austrian and/or Swiss market.
- A strong new business mindset and you're someone who proactively identifies opportunities, opening doors and winning new customers.
- Experience managing customer relationships and commercial negotiations independently.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with numbers, understand performance and use data to identify opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted, long-term partnerships with customers.
- The confidence and resilience to build a pipeline from the ground up, including approaching new customers and keeping momentum when opportunities take time to develop.
- The ability to work across various internal business areas to turn commercial opportunities into successful execution.
- Fluency in German and English.
Because you'll help us do the right things in the right way, we'll make sure you're looked after too. You'll receive a starting salary of at least €80,000 (full-time equivalent) and, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table, we're happy to go above that.
On top of that, you'll get a company pension scheme, private healthcare, a performance-related bonus, the option of a 4-day week, and your birthday off to celebrate however you fancy. Plus a bunch of other nice things. Oh, and there'll be smoothies too, naturally.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
