Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
We’ve got some big fruiture plans – including a goal for 10% of our net revenue to come from innovation. Making that happen takes a brilliant supply set‑up, and that’s where the Supply Portfolio team comes in.
This role sits at the heart of bringing new products to life, working closely with teams across the business and with our partners to help new ideas become real products on shelves. You’ll also help strengthen and improve our supply chain, making sure we’ve got solid foundations for today and tomorrow.
You’ll be…
- Leading supply‑focused innovation projects from concept to OTIF delivery, working across European sites, the blender, and manufacturing partners
- Owning supply feasibility and readiness for new product ideas, identifying risks, constraints, and dependencies early
- Managing projects using our project and gate frameworks, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and decision making
- Partnering closely with the blender and manufacturing sites to deliver change smoothly and build strong relationships
- Leading supply‑focused project meetings, ensuring initial feasibility is robust, the right expertise is involved at the right time, and risks and mitigations are clearly identified and communicated
- Driving continuous improvement within projects by anticipating future needs, identifying waste and inefficiencies (TIMWOODS mindset), and adapting plans through strong problem‑solving and change leadership
- Supporting commercial outcomes and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Sharing best practices and learnings across the Supply Portfolio team to strengthen collaboration
You'll have
- A good understanding of end‑to‑end supply chains and the innocent portfolio
- Confidence working with a mix of stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills
- A solid understanding of our current supply network and capabilities
- Strong planning and organising skills
- A practical, collaborative approach to facilitation and problem solving
- Great attention to detail
You’ll get
- The chance to be part of innocent’s big fruiture plans
- Opportunities to work with both existing and new suppliers and manufacturing partners
- The freedom to challenge and improve how we work, making things simpler and more effective
- A role where you’ll help solve some of our biggest challenges and support both new and existing innocent products making it out into the world
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
