Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We’re looking for someone who loves making things work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the person who keeps our order engine humming. Making sure customers get what they need, when they need it, without the drama.


You’ll join our DACH team, where we’re building simple, reliable, and scalable ways of working. Things move quickly here, and you’ll be right at the heart of it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the day-to-day flow of customer orders. Checking, validating, and keeping everything on track
  • Jumping on issues fast, fixing errors, and handling anything that doesn’t fit the standard flow
  • Partnering with Logistics and Commercial Team to solve stock challenges and make smart allocation decisions
  • Taking full ownership of returns, making the process smooth and hassle-free
  • Keeping our customer data clean, accurate, and up to date (because details matter)
  • Being the go-to operational contact for customers. The person they trust to get things done
  • Communicating clearly, calmly, and quickly when things go off track


What You Bring

  • Fluent German & English (you’ll be working across DACH)
  • Experience in supply chain or customer operations
  • A solid grip on order management and fulfilment processes
  • Comfort working with ERP systems and operational data
  • Strong communication skills. You know how to keep things clear and constructive
  • A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with a love for solving problems
