Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

What you’ll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity to help us keep things moving smoothly and make sure our big ideas come to life. You’ll play a key role in making sure our innovation pipeline flows without a hitch, while finding clever ways to make our processes simpler and stronger. Working with lots of different teams, you’ll help us stay resilient, embrace new technologies, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you love solving problems, building great relationships, and leading a team to success, this could be the perfect role for you. More specifically you’ll…

  • Strong people leadership and influencing skills. You’ll be guiding a team of 8/9 people and working closely with senior leaders, so you’ll need to inspire confidence and bring people together.
  • Business and commercial know-how. Understanding cost performance, forecasting, and distribution execution will help you make the right calls for the business and the supply chain.
  • Collaboration skills to work with lots of different teams and priorities, so being able to build great relationships and keep everyone on the same page is key.
  • Project management skills. Managing complex projects with multiple moving parts, functions, and locations won’t faze you.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chains, planning, organizing, negotiating, and building strong business relationships are all part of your toolkit.
  • A knack for managing cost performance. You know how to keep things efficient without cutting corners.

You’ll get

  • A chance to make a real impact. Your ideas and leadership will help shape how we deliver innovation and keep things running smoothly.
  • Plenty of learning and growth. From new technologies to leadership skills, you’ll have opportunities to develop and stretch yourself.
  • A supportive, collaborative team. We’re all about working together, sharing ideas, and helping each other succeed.
