Our logistics team keeps our drinks moving smoothly from A to B (and sometimes C), making sure we deliver great service while keeping costs and carbon in check. We’re building a future‑fit logistics network that’s smart, efficient and ready for what’s next. This role sits at the heart of that journey: leading and coaching the logistics team; owning the logistics operating model; and helping the whole business make the right decisions when it comes tot he warehousing and transportation of our goods and ingredients.

you’ll be

  • Owning our end‑to‑end logistics strategy
  • Forming, leading and developing a brilliant team of Logistics Experts and Specialists
  • Acting as the go‑to decision maker for logistics issues, changes and improvements
  • Partnering with Procurement, Supply Network Design and The Coca‑Cola Company (Global Logistics Services) to shape plans and solve problems
  • Steering strategic projects
  • Overseeing performance of our key partners.
  • Driving continuous improvement across service, cost and carbon
  • Setting clear governance rhythms and leading key reviews

you’ll have

  • Strong experience in supply chain, with deep logistics expertise, ideally at a leadership and executional level 
  • A track record of leading teams and inspiring high performance, including managing teams through formation and change.
  • Confidence working with strategic partners and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Sharp decision‑making skills grounded in data and trends
  • A customer‑first mindset that shapes every logistics choice
