Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
We are looking for someone brilliant to lead our UK OOH team.
You’ll be responsible for our out of home (OOH) business – this is anywhere outside of traditional grocery – from Coop to Costa, from contract caterers to corner shops.
The role gives you the chance to help shape the commercial direction of the team; creating plans that are key to us getting more drinks into more places with the triple win (doing what's best for us, our drinkers, and our customers, all at the same time) mentality at the heart and to be the expert in our OOH customers.
Not only will you be leading the OOH team, but you will also be part of the UK&I leadership team, with a chance to shape the overall direction for the UK&I business – delivering our numbers, setting our direction and inspiring our team.
You'll Have
- Able to display delivery through others with a strong people radar.
- Proven ability to influence at senior level internally and externally.
- Senior commercial leadership experience, with a great grasp of the P&L and investment principles so you can make quick trade offs.
- A winning mindset, showing passion to deliver in‑year and multi‑year results as part of the UK team.
- Ability to prioritise and communicate brilliantly when under pressure and bounce back in the face of obstacles, finding creative solutions to complex problems.
