Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. Was macht ein:e Category Manager:in für Österreich und die Schweiz bei innocent überhaupt?

  • Du entwickelst Category-Strategien für Österreich und die Schweiz und hilfst dabei, unsere Kategorie gemeinsam mit dem Handel nachhaltig wachsen zu lassen.
  • Du bist Expert:in für Kategorie-Insights und nutzt Daten, um gemeinsam mit unseren Handelspartnern und Key Account Manager:innen Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren.Du repräsentierst uns bei unseren Handelspartnern als führende Instanz in der Kategorie und arbeitest Seite an Seite mit ihnen, um Projekte zu entwickeln, die den Wert unserer Produkte steigern.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse und das Management aller Kategorie-Daten und verstehst es, diese zielgerichtet zu vermitteln.
  • Als Sparring Partner:in für den Vertrieb unterstützt du unsere Key Account Teams dabei, Kategorie-Potenziale bei unseren Handelspartnern optimal zu nutzen.

 

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast bereits wertvolle Erfahrung im Category Management in der FMCG Welt gesammelt.
  • Du konntest bereits erfolgreiche Category Management Projekte mit Handelspartnern in Österreich und / oder der Schweiz umsetzen.
  • Eine GS1 Category Manager Zertifizierung wäre ein schönes Plus.
  • Du beobachtest Trends und Marktentwicklungen in der Kategorie und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgerichtet und aussagekräftig analysieren und vermitteln.
  • Du bist routiniert in der Analyse und Interpretation von Scannerdaten und arbeitest sicher mit Tools wie Nielsen Discover. 
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Shopper-Insights und entsprechenden Analyse-Tools (z. B. SimIT).Du denkst unternehmerisch und willst als Team Player gemeinsam im Markt gewinnen und die
  • Kategorie nach vorne bringen.
  • Du bist motiviert, willst gestalten und scheust nicht davor zurück, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Weil du uns dabei unterstützt, die richtigen Dinge zu tun, bekommst du ein faires Paket: ein Gehalt von mindestens 60.000 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation sind wir gerne zur Überzahlung bereit. Dazu kommen ein betriebliches Pensionsmodell und ein leistungsbezogenes Bonussystem, die Möglichkeit einer 4-Tagewoche und ein freier Tag an deinem Geburtstag – ach ja, und Smoothies gibt es natürlich auch.
